I am 17 years old and I am intermediate student English. I want to attend class because I want to improve my English. In previous year I was attending English Course in one of English School in my town, which I passed well.
I would appreciate it if you could let me know where and when lessons take place and how much it cost.Could you let me know who provide course books. Finally, Does Lessons execute(?) ono-to-one or in groups.

Dear Sir,
I writing to complain about China Figure, which I ordered month ago. I believe your advertisement was misleading in a number of ways.
First of all, figure is serious damaged. It is cracked and requires repair. Figure looks awful and can not be a perfect gift for my friend. Moreover, I most disgusted because engraved message is wrong. You make a mistake and you do not engrave message, which I choose.
Furthermore, mail was delivered after 3 weeks I had ordered it. It was too late. Following yours advertisement it should take only 10 days.
As you can imagine, I am quite disappointed and I demand refund all costs of delivering and figure. I look forward to receivong a prompt reply.
