What are the most effective ways to fight addictions (?)
Today, many of us 'keep' (nie najlepsze slowo) (tu cos brakuje) stressful lifestyle. To forget about (tutaj potrzeba czy to sa ich wlasne problemy czy swiatowe problemy) problems people often reach for cigarettes, alcohol or drugs. Unfortunately, they don't realize that the reliance upon stimulants can cause severe addiction, which can 'finish' (zle slowo, bo nie mozemy powiedziec 'start your body') our body.
Firstly, in the fight against addictions 'can help us a lot of things' (zla kol slow - widac, ze tlumaczyles slowo w slowo z polskiego) but the most important in the fight )against .....) is a strong will, which many people unfortunately don't have and they lose (ale lose co?). (tu cos brakuje) very good idea is
TO conduct publicity campaigns to alert people 'what may be' (nie, nie tak...to the effects) the effects of stimulants abuse. Sometimes 'these' (nie wiem do czego to 'these' sie odnosi) 'are the spots on the shocking content' (nie rozumiem co chciales przekazac), which may 'speak' (chyba nie to slowo) to many people and made THEM aware of the danger that entails the use of various stimulantS.
Also a good idea IS to raise awareness of people that (ale kto?) need to replace the addiction with something else. 'We' )dlaczego zmieniles na 'we'?) won't think about 'it' (ale do czego to 'it' sie odnosi?), IF for example, (tutaj brakuje kto?) actively spending time in the gym, run, OR ride by bike.(napisz to zdanie jeszcze raz...)
The most important (ale co?) is TO BE aware that addiction destroys our body, and we must take care of our health, which is very valuable. If we want to quit a habit we should take into account the 'good' (zle slowo-) of our loved ones and people who surround us, because they often suffer because of our addiction. Help in the fight against addiction may also 'help us to our loved ones' (cos tu nie tak), because staying with people without addiction we can forget (ale forget co?) and 'don't' MAY NOT wish to go 'after' (chyba nie najlepsze slowo) stimulants.
Unfortunately, addiction such as alcohol, drug use is not easy to combat and in those cases (ale kot?) often NEED TO go 'on' 'a' TO visit 'to' (niepotr) a psychologist. In my opinion if you just want to quit a habit (tu brakuje...you need) to see the 'pros' (cos tego slowa nie lubie) and try to get rid of 'it' (do czego to 'it' sie odnosi?) because 'they' (do czego to 'they' sie odnosi?) do not bring any advantageS.
