Pink Floyd was an English rock-band. It was one of the most popular bands over the word. In the early time, they performed a psychedelic rock, then their music evolved to a progressive rock. Pink Floyd have bought about 650 millions copies CD.

History:
The band was established in 1964 by three students Regent Street Polytechnic in London (Nick Mason, Roger Waters and Richard Wright) , and Syd Barret. In the beginning, the young’s men played on the underground scene, where the band was accepted excellently. In 1967, the music’s were recording their first singles ,,Arnold Layne’’. Next, in famous Studies ,,Abbey Road’’, Floyds recorded their debut, long play ,,A Piper at the Gates of Dawn’’. This album is respected best British psychedelic album in a history. Unfortunately, after published these record, Barret left from band because of drugs. For the band joined guitarist David Gilmour, soon nearby Waters, second pillar Pink Floyd. Next albums, changed the style of the groups on the progressive-art rock. In 1985, Waters left with groups. However, the rest of members bands don’t want to dissolve Pink Floyd. After win the trial with Waters, the band recorded two compact. Pink Floyd finished activity in 1995.
