Dear komputronik.pl shop service,
I am writing to complain about keyboard I bought two weeks ago from your online shop. It has very annoying faults that make this keyboard hard to use.
Keys: q, w, e, r and touch panel do not work at all.
I am also dissatisfied due to bad contact. I have written you six e-mails so far and I did not get any reply. Contact is very important in e-shopping. You must do something with this.
One of the most important things in online shopping is time. I ordered the keyboard two weeks ago and I received it only yesterday. That is not fair.
I expect full refund of money. I have receipt for the product and it is under guarantee.
