Dear all,
Further to our discussion this morning, it occurs to me that we don’t accomplish our aims and our clients are discontent. That’s why I decided to bring in some changes I our working procedure. This unfortunately means that:
- every day at 8 a.m. we all will have short meeting on production line do discuss problems and answer all queries
- we will recruit one- more part-time post to prove extra cover at peak time and to help you with some less important activities
- customer-service staff will be answer on all the e-mails and phone call immediately because our clients wait for this answers and are exasperated.
We need these changes to improve our relations with clients and to keep their loyalty. Further details can be obtain from our website. If you’ve got some suggestions or claver ideas connected with future changes please contact me. I look forward to hearing from you.

With reference to your memo concerning changes in our working schedule, I would like to express my opinion and say that I don’t agree with you. I think that changes are unnecessary. Our workers are encouraging and have good contact with each other. That’s why they don’t need additional morning meetings. I think that our workers have lots of courtesy because they are always polite to all of our clients and they answer all clients queries before knock off. Instead of hire another worker you should consider sending our best workers to some trouble-shouting courses. Do call me if you’d like to discuss this further.

Thanks for this information. In answer to your queries I must say than I didn’t consider you as an applicant to this post. You work in our company only six months and I think you are not ready for this position. You are really great worker but you need more experience and knowledge about our corporation culture. Please work in my department another six months and then I will recommend you do marketing department. We discuss this matter together when I return from my holidays. Sorry to give you this sad information.

IMPORTANT !
As you will already know, we managed to land a big contract with chewing gum company. Negotiations last three months and now we are happy that we negotiate very good conditions in our agreement. It is very important contract because our partner company is from Hong Kong and it is our first step in Asia market. We hope that they will help us to develop our brand and acquaint us in Asia corporate culture. I know that we all worked very hard, we even were overworked. Many thanks in advance for your co-operation. The part you played in this case is really important and valuable.
