Zakupiłaś/ eś ostatnio produkt od firmy zagranicznej zajmującej się sprzedażą wysyłkową. Niestety, produkt ten nie spełnił Twoich oczekiwań. Napisz reklamację, w której:
*opiszesz okoliczności zakupu,
*podasz dwa powody swojej reklamacji,
*wyjaśnisz, co uczyniłaś/ eś już w tej sprawie,
*podasz dwie opcje rozwiązania, jakiego oczekujesz


Dear Sir or Madam,
I want to express my strong dissatisfaction with the electric shaver which I bought 5th of April 2009 on yours webside. I chose the 1784ZW Comfort model, which does not meet my expectations. In the consignment was not a loader, which is essential for the correct operation of this device. When I tried to activate shaver it turned out , that does not work. diode, which should light up on green color, never lit. Immediately after noticing the defect, I tried to call you and I wrote a lot of emails about the defect your product, but did not receive any reply.
I would therefore be grateful if you could consider a full refund or I hope you will replace the faulty electric shaver.
