Zakupiłaś/ eś ostatnio produkt od firmy zagranicznej zajmującej się sprzedażą wysyłkową. Niestety, produkt ten nie spełnił Twoich oczekiwań. Napisz reklamację, w której:

*podasz dwa powody swojej reklamacji,
*wyjaśnisz, co uczyniłaś/ eś już w tej sprawie,

Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to complain about the german flat screen TV, which I bought 5th on March 2009 in your webside. The problem with my flat screen TV began two days after, when it was delivered to my house. Image is blurred and most of the buttons on the control panel does not work. Immediately after noticing the fault I tried to contact you by phone in order to obtain assistance, but I has not yet received any. Nevertheless, I hope you will replace the faulty screen. In another case I demand a full refund.

I am writing to complain about the german (z duza litera) flat screen TV which I bought on March 5th, 2009 on your webside (orto). The problem with my flat screen TV began two days after it was delivered to my house. The image is blurrY and most of the buttons on the control panel do not work. Immediately after noticing the DEFECT I tried to contact youR COMPANY by phone in order to obtain assistance, but I has?? not yet received a REPLY. I TRUST you will replace the faulty screen, OTHERWISE, I WOULD demand a full refund.
