Currently, meetings are one of the most important part of corporate culture almost in each company. But what should companies do to make these meetings effective and successful? I’ll try to describe some of the most important tips. Firstly, workers should appointed a chairman. He leads the discussion and guards order. Secondly, staff members shouldn’t interrupt themselves. When colleagues are impolite it is very hard to discuss and situation is getting more and more frustrated and annoying. What’s more, in my opinion each discussion should have two parts. At first part each member should speak his or her mind and others should only listen without telling their opinion or criticizing. At the second part members should discuss all the ideas and they can tell what they think about other ideas and ask additional questions. Criticizing kills creativity and people are afraid to say what they think when they are immediately criticized. That’s why this bi-level model is a very good idea. I my company I will order to use all this hints because I believe they are effective and they will get wonderful results.
