Currently, meetings are one of the most important parts of corporate culture in almost every company. But what should companies do to make these meetings more effective and successful? I’ll try to describe some of the most important tips. Firstly, workers should appoint a chairman. He leads the discussion and maintain order. Secondly, staff members shouldn’t interrupt themselves. When colleagues are impolite it is very hard to discuss issue and the situation gets more and more frustrating and annoying. What’s more, in my opinion each discussion should have two parts. During the first part, each member should speak his or her mind and others should only listen without forming their opinion or criticizing. During the second part, members should discuss all the ideas and they can express what they think about the ideas and can ask additional questions. Criticism kills creativity, because people are afraid to say what they think about sth when their ideas are immediately criticized by other. That’s why this bi-level model is a very good idea. I my company I will command to use all these hints because I believe they are effective and they will bring wonderful results.
