Dear Sir or Madam ,
I am writing to complain about the TV set LG 299H that I bought from RTV SHOP in London on 1st March 2010. The TV set is advertised as the best .
The problems with the TV set began after I bought it home and took it out of the box. It had big scratch on the screen .
Another and perhaps more alarming problem is that when press the button televison don not want turn on ,but after 7 minutes when it turn on I can see a picture it is black and white. Sound does not work too. Instruction is not complete so I cannot stabilize the colour. I tried different ways to make it operational, but it is not possible.
I am returning the TV set together with the receipt to you with this letter. I would be grateful if you could repair the fault. If this is not possible could you please send me a new one?
