I am writing to complain about the poor service I received in your restaurant . The birthday party was on last Sunday .
First of all , I found your waiters extremely impolite ! Secondly , the food we were served was cold and tasteless . The meat was unpalatable and underdone . Thirdly , the fizzy drinks we ordered were flat and the coffee tasted quite terrible . The layer cake was awful ! I felt very dissatisfied with the meal .
I hope you will give this matter your urgent attention . I would like to receive a full refund of the money I paid for my meal . I look forward to your prompt reply .

Nie, nie jest, bo chyba zgadlam co chcialas napisac, ale to napewno to nie jest.

Miało byc , że dzwonie do szefa kuchni a on nie odbiera moich telefonów . Możecie mi to zdanie poprawic ?:)

Jesli juz to "service that I received." or "food that we were served".
To ma być restrictive clause, masz na mysli tą własnie obsługe i to jedzenie.
Ale jesłi which to comma ale nie tutaj.
Możesz oddac tak jak jest, moim zdanie,tam kolega ( our linguistic jedi :)) poprawił ort. na koncu.
Drugie zdanie możesz przykleic do pierwszego ..restaurant last Sunday when we...

tez jestem za takim uzyciem; dalem 'which', ktore jest czesto traktowane tak samo, jak 'that'

no nie sa, jak juz terri pisala wyzej - 'nie odbiera telefonu' to nie ten frazal 'not get my phones back', no i nie ten rzeczownik 'phones'

Aaric juz ci podal co przykladowo mozesz uzyc w tym zdaniu.
