My name is.....and I am writing to you to express my total

'I was at week's, coach' (tego to nawet nie rozumiem) , proposed (cos brakuje)me through 'me' (po co to?) (tu brakuje cos) 'of' (po co to?) your worker, (tu cos brakuje) trip 'in' (zle slowo) Cracow 2 'monts' (ortog) ago-exactly 2 'Juli' (po jakiemu to jest?) 2010.
.....First of all I would like to draw your attention to the fact that this trip was very disorderly....(ladnie, ladnie ale dlaczego przepisujesz zdania z innych wypracowan?).
We 'exploved' (ortog) (tu cos brakuje) town without (tu cos brakuje) guide. To make matters worse, the hotel where we had to sleep was seedy, the rooms were 'twelve-person' (zle - pomysl co piszesz), without (tu cos brakuje) bathroom and meals. And the offer (jaka offer?) was different. The thing which I mainly cannot accept is that 'Your' (dlaczego duza litera?) agency did not 'guaranted' (zle slowo i uwazaj na czas) us safe return home.
I have already spoken with 'Your' (co to z tymi duzymi literami jest?) agent
about the problem but unfortunately nothing has changed. Taking into
consideration all the trouble I experienced I hope I can expect a
'return' (zle slowo).
