When I saw your post I knew right away that "Far Beyond Driven" is an album by heavy metal band Pantera. The meaning isn't really important, it's just a title. An expression like this doesn't exist in English. It never bothered me (and neither did millions other people). However since you asked I did a search. This is the closest I got and this is just speculation so we will never know for sure unless we ask Pantera.
