I'm writing to complain about my terible trip provided by your trael agency one mounth ago. I' ve been to Portugal. I would like be in three stars (3*) but I was in two stars hotel (2*). Over there not be swimming- poll for the hotel and air condiotioning was not well. I would like take a rest in a sunny, confortable adn wonderfull place! I wish return my money or get ticket on a new fantastic trip for free!
