My favourite animal is a coala bear, a mammal from marsupials family. Coala lives in trees in New South Wales and part of Victoria, Australia. Coalas eat only leaves of the eucaliptus tree. This is a great little animal with a superb sense of balance. Coala bears do not have a tail. Coala is a slim animal that swims very well, and sleeps up to 22 hours a day. It uses wide claws for fingers to cling to the tree bark, it has a very weak sight, a perfect sense of smell and a well developed sense of hearing. Coala is a lone night animal that is now a days under protection. I love this animal.
My favourite animal is {the koala} bear...
you're correct, we're talking about the coala bear as the whole spiecies, my bad....
Remember - you refer to the class as 'the + singular noun', or 'plural noun'; you refer to an example of the class as 'a/an + singular noun'.
...>>night animal that is 'now a days' NOWADAYS under protection
you're right terri, "nowdays" is correct in British English, "now a days" is in American English, and unfortunatelly I don't speak British English....neither do you speak Amerikan English.
Thank you
