Another car (tutaj dodaj moze jak szybko ten drugi samochod jechal np. travelling in my estimation, at xx miles per hour) hit my car on ......
This unexpected, sudden impact resulted in me (temporarily) losing control of the steering wheel. (tutaj bym dodala, co wlasciwie sie stalo, czy ten drugi samochod popchnal, czy cos innego). This meant, that through no fault of mine, I found myself on the other side of the road.
