It's impossible to turn such a sentence into a sentence where 'CAUSATIVE HAVE' form could be applied due to the fact that the verb 'to be' is 'intransitive' (nieprzechodni) - you have to use a 'transitive' (przechodni) verb, such as 'bring', 'take', 'do', 'make' etc to be able to use 'CAUSATIVE HAVE' form and PASSIVE VOICE forms.
A transitive verb takes an [object]:
We are going to put up [a new fence] around the house. ACTIVE
[A new fence] is going to be put up around the house. PASSIVE
We are going to HAVE [a new fence] PUT UP around the house. CAUSATIVE HAVE
An intransitive verb doesn't take an [object]:
I was at the optician's.
But you can say: I had my eyes examined by an optitcian.
He became a doctor.
The car broke down.
I *stopped at the red light.
*Bear in mind that some verbs can be both transitive and intransitive.
The man stopped their car.
Their car was stopped by the man.
They had their car stopped.
