That is true, scientists employee by many different companies are working all the time at new technologies and machines, which can make peoples live easier. They of course did not work for free, they are well paid for inventing new technologies and products which then can be sold for customers.

In my opinion this is good phenomenon. First of all it expand industry one the whole world where people can afford for buy new products which can help improve their everyday life.
