Krótka historia po ang do sprawdzenia!

Proszę o sprawdzenie:

A nightmare journey that I remember was two years ago when I was going with my family to Paris on holiday. We were going to get there by plane.
We left home very early and we were on the airport on time so nobody was stressed. But when we found a check-in desk, we had to wait long time to check in. But there was another problem: our one bag was too heavy so we had to repack it and people behind us were getting nervous. Luckily, after it, we went to the departure gate and we got into a plane. The worst surprise waited for us when we took off. About forty minutes after, the pilot told us that we have an engine trouble. We didn't know what to do, we were terrified and all passengers were in panic. Then we felt that we had gone down! Everybody was screaming and we thought that we were going to die. That was a terrible feeling. But when I opened my eyes, I saw the ground behind the window. We landed!
After this experience we were shocked but so happy that we didn't die.

About forty minutes after, the pilot told us that we 'have' (czas przeszly) 'an' (niepotr) engine trouble. We didn't know what to do, we were terrified and all passengers were in (przedimek) panic (mozna tez napisac ...started panicking).
We HAD landed!
