Proszę o sprawdzenie

I have a lot of bad habits. I'm sleepyhead and it's disturb me very much because very often I'm late to my school and teachers are angry to me. I'm very often don't forget where I leave car keys it means that I'm forgetful. But the most disturb me that I can't be patient I want to do everything very fast and very often it's finishing fail. Sometimes I'm lazy and I can't be bothered for learning.

'I'm' (to jest 'I am very often' sam zauwazysz ze to jest blad) very often 'don't' (niepotr) forget where I leave (tu cos brak) car keys AND it means that I'm forgetful. But 'the' (daj tutaj WHAT) most 'disturb' (3os.l.poj) me IS that I can't be patient - I want to do everything very fast and very often 'it's finishing fail' (zrob to inaczej). Sometimes I'm lazy and I can't be bothered 'for' (niepotr) learning.

I'm A sleepyhead and it DISTURBS me very much because very often I'm late FOR my school and teachers are CHAFE AT me.Very often I dont forget where I leave MY car keys AND it means that I'm forgetful. But WHAT most DISTURBS me IS that I can't be patient - I want to do everything very fast and very often it's END BADLY. Sometimes I'm lazy and I can't be bothered learning.
