I would like to tell about case which took place over two months ago in the Ukraine. This scandal showed in bad light the Ukraine’s government.
Government in Kiev signed the contract about building gas- main with Spanish company. But Spanish side negated this information, and it took a few days to established who was a men, which sign contract with Ukraine’s government.
Of the beginning of December of the previous year the government’s Agency for Investments and National Projects signed contract for building for the amount 1,1 $bn terminal for the receipt liquid gas in Odessa. Ukrainian authorities announced that Spanish concern Gas Natural Fenosa will take 75 % shares of the consortium which build gas- main. Few hours after ceremony the Spanish denned (deny) this information. “We didn’t sign any contract with Ukraine about gas- main. By the way, we aren’t able to build this terminal” said representative of Spanish company. But the Ukrainian claimed that they signed. “It must be technical problem in communication” said representative of Ukrainian Agency.
At the beginning Ukrainian Agency stated that contract was sign by Jordi Garca Tabernero (manager of Spanish company). But this men wasn’t at Kiev at that time and he isn’t in the photo which was take at the ceremony of sign. It that situation Ukrainian side said that contract was sign by another Spaniard - Jordi Sarda Bonhevi. Unfortunately Spanish concern didn’t employ this men. Ukraine’s journalist established that Jordi Sarda Bonhevi who involved in all negotiations is only a lawyer from Spanish law firm which has an office in Kiev, and he wasn’t allowed to sign this contract.
After that scandal Ukraine’s government handed in its resignation.

After that scandal Ukraine’s government handed in its resignation.
