In this time more and more students work on holiday. This phenomenom has also advantages and disadvantages. I would like to give some arguments supporting and not supporting this occurrence.
In my opinion the biggest advantages of work young people is gainnig a experience. Job helps teenagers learn new things. Another advantage is earn own money by students. It allows them in the realization of dreams, for example they can spend salary to journey to the different country. One of the advantages is also satisfaction young people of the money which they alone earned. It helps them to understand the value of money.
Unfortunately seasonal work young people has also disadvantages. I think that the biggest drawback this phenomenom is exploatation youth by employers. Young people do not know their rights and they agree to work for low wages. Seasonal work also prevents recreation teenagers. On holiday students should relax after the school year and they should regenerate for next year. Undobutedly bad side of work youth in holiday is too big physical effort which is caused by long work hours. It adversely affect the development of young people.
In my opinion both advantages and disadvantages of seasonal workyoung people should be take into account when they are looking for a job. Do not forget to keep moderation in all things.
