Ucze się ang. i postanowiłam, że będę pisała raz w tyg. jakiś tekst po ang., ponieważ chyba najlepiej uczyć się w praktyce. Tekst dotyczy Wyspy Wielkanocnej. Proszę o sprawdzenie i uwagi dot. ang. tekstu (błędy w gramatyce, słownictwie, interpunkcji - każda uwaga będzie dla mnie bardzo cenna).

PS: co do square kilometers to wiem, że użawa się skrótu, ale napisałam w całości, dla samej siebie, żeby pamiętać jak czytać.

Jeśli chodzi o within, to zdanie miało brzmieć: znajduje się w odległości 3600 km od Chile. Dlaczego użyłam "within" w słowniku internetowym znalazłam takie zdanie "I live within 5 miles of my work" i sądziłam, że można to słowo użyć także w moim tekście.
