List - propozycja współpracy

Temat przeniesiony do archwium.
witam,
mam do napisania list biznesowy - propozycję nawiązania współpracy w zakresie prowadzenia wymiany międzynarodowej uczniów.

"Dear Colleague,
I am glad to introduce me as a person who is (a/an/bez niczego?) International Coordinator in XYZ school.
I am writing in reference to our previous e-mail correspondence concerning cooperation within the ABC Programme.
We would like to emphazise that we are still interested in establishing partnership between our institutions. We are looking forward to favorable consideration of our request. We would be honoured to sign new agreement and start a cooperation with your school.
Please find below a sample copy of our bilateral agreement. If you are pleased with terms of this agreement we would appreciate if you could complete all necessary information, sign it and send us back two copies of it. If you have any reservations about the agreement or partnership, please contact us as soon as possible.

Many thanks in advance for your collaboration.

Your sincerely,
Kasia Matołek"

Dear Colleague,
I 'am glad' (to jest za bardzo po polsku, jak i reszta calego zdania, lepiej...I have great pleasure) 'to' IN introducING 'me as a person' (to jest po polsku - to jest ZLE) 'who is' AS AN International Coordinator in XYZ school.
'We' (dlaczego 'we' jak wczesniej mowisz tylko o sobie?) would like to 'emphazise' (ortog) that we are still interested in establishing (cos brak) partnership between our institutions.
We 'are looking' LOOK forward to (cos brak) favorable (favourable in BrE) consideration of our request. We would be honoured to sign (cos brak) new agreement and start 'a' (niepotr) cooperation with your school.
If you are 'pleased' (nikt nigdy nie jest please, tutaj 'satisfied') with terms of this agreement we would GREATLY appreciate if you 'could' (zle slowo) complete all (cos brak) necessary information, sign it and 'send us back' (return to us) two copies. 'of it' (self-evident).
NP. If you have any reservations about the agreement or (cos brak) partnership, please contact us as soon as possible.

Many thanks in advance 'for' (wg mnie zle slowo) your collaboration.
