Słuchanie. Trzeba wpisać słowo w lukę w tekście:

Transkrypt:
"Salaries are sometimes cut, but more often than that, they are not increased in line with the rising cost of living".

Odp. "W oryginalnym zdaniu została użyta strona bierna, ale skoro przed luką many operator DO NOT, jedyną możliwą opcią jest RISE."

Czy naprawdę "do not increase" jest niepoprawne? Dlaczego?

'increase' też jest poprawne
'rise' może brzmieć lepiej, bo jest pararelne z 'rising'

.... czasami ' increase' jest lepsze : little amongst party members have recently urged for the prices to be increased/ decreased ....to go up / go down

To zdanie nie ma sensu.
Zanim cos napiszesz, daj chociaz zastrzezenie, ze sie na tym nie znasz.

ale czemu nie ma sensu? miałem na myśli ,że mala ilość spośród członkow partii ....itd..ok, napisz poprawnie Twoim zdaniem , bo liczę się z twym zdaniem , ale żeby sens wypowiedzi został zachowany :)

po pierwsze nie mozesz uzyc 'little' z policzalnymi

tak, 'amongst party members ' jest raczej policzalne, ich liczba jest niewiadoma ale policzalna :) ....wiec co ? ....miniority among the party members ...? mogę' some among the party , ' small percentage of "....że jakaś ilość , nieustalona, ale ich było 'trochę' mam rację @mg ?? 'some number out of the total count of them seemed rather willing to ...itd ..."

ale @mg chyba powiemy np : " very little in fact , had been known about the whole engagement of ......." 'jak nie mam racji , proszę mnie skorygować i poprawić...engagement niepoliczalne podobnie , jak pieniądze : I got some money , I did not have any money in order to ..
