jeszcze jedna mała prośba....

Czy to zdanko jest poprawne "czasowo" ?
It was a big honour for me, because it meant that my couch trusts me and according to him I’m a responsible person.

Nie jestem pewna czy od coach zastosowałam poprawnie czas....
trusted(...) I was responsible
...my couch TRUSTED me and according to him I WAS/I AM (if you're still playing there) a responsible person.
I've already said so - there's no need to repeat it:-)
hm....tylko że ja wciąż robie to co robiłam i wciąż mój trener ufa mi i nadal jestem odpowiedzialną osobą...stąd myślałam że ten czas... dziękuję :)
I got your point, gigante... ;->
I assume that the coach's words referred to a particular occasion, that's why you should use the past form of the verb 'trust'; however, you could write:
'My coach said that he trusts me and that I am a responsible person.'
providing you are still a member of that club.
Może naświetle mniej więcej o co chodzi w tym wszystkim:

Everything began around nine years ago, when I went to my first karate training. I fell in love with it ! Three years ago, my coach suggested that I could look after a group of younger children. It was a big honour for me, because it meant that my couch trusts me and according to him I’m a responsible person.

:):)
I knew it - the fact that he suggested something (in this case 'that I could look after a group of younger children') wast that particular situation, hence you are meant to use 'TRUSTED', not 'TRUSTS'.
:):):) Thanks :)
