Wiem, iż w przeczeniu i pytaniu nie dodajemy końcóki '"-s'", a "Never" to przeczenie, no bo "nigdy"! I czy to jest tak samo gdybym mając na myśli to zdanie napisał: His parents don't permit him to go after 10PM? - nie chodiz mi o aż tak dosłowne tłumczenie, ale staram sam sobie to wyjasnic i jak słusznie myślę?

Jeszcze jedno, kiedy używamy RAZEM - 'together' a 'Each other'?

His parents don't/never permit him TO go after 10 p.m. - that's OK.
As for your second question - I am a bit confused about it. Could you give us a context in which you would use TOGETHER and EACH OTHER?

NO, because I don't know where and when i have tu use EACH OTHER or TOGETHER! You say it to me!

each other = nawzajem, siebie samych
together = razem, wspólnie
Marie and Susie like Mike together. Mike likes Marie and Susie.
They all like each other. NOT They all like together.
