Should we have homeworks in schools???

Every day, thousands of students have to do their homeworks. For example they spend much free time for it. It seems to be unfair. However, what good does it do for students?
On the one hand, the doing homeworks are excellent. If students didn’t have it, they wouldn’t learn as much. Teachers want their pupils to spend much time for learning, because they can learn much, and check their skills. Also, when sb doesn’t understand any activities, by all means can ask the teacher to explain or find the answer by trial and error. Furthermore, students might get good grade, because the homeworks are reviewed from time to time. Moreover, before tests by doing homeworks students can revise their knowledge, which they have it at theirs fingertips. I think, that this school’s obligations teach pupils responsibility.
In the other side of the coin, the homeworks take too much time, and students can’t meet with friends, have no time for themselves. Sometimes, works, which are given, are too difficult to study, also pupils don’t do it, and get bad notes. It’s fault of teacher, who throw them in at the deep end. As a matter of fact many people choose a soft option, copy it, all have he same work, because it changes hand. The homeworks can cause rat race, such as all students can get excellent grades, and it can be unfair. In addition, the work’s students are very demanding. They have to do it all year round, even they have a day off.
To sum up, the homeworks aren’t the best idea for students, but doing it get a big varierty of benefits. In my opinion students should have homeworks in schools, but the teachers must give it carefully.
