Home Address (Ensure that you include more than one address if your movements are uncertain. Include all post codes)
Telephone Number (Day and evening if necessary)
Date of Birth
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
1997 - 2000: University of Brighton
Start with the most recent experience of education as this will usually be most relevant to the employer. Include course title, subject studied, outline of course and dissertation topic if this seems relevant. Also include any special project which may be of interest and give an indication of the skills you used, e.g., working in a team on projects, using communication skills in seminars, etc.
199[tel]:Secondary Education:
List 'A' levels
List GCSEs / GCEs / CSEs gained. Do not list those attempted and failed.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS
Keyboard skills / computer literacy, the ability to drive and language fluency are all useful assets and should be included.
EMPLOYMENT
This section can include both paid and unpaid work, full-time and part-time, sandwich placements or vacation jobs. Again, start with your most recent work experiences as they are most likely to reflect you as you are now than jobs which you took as a school student.
Year: 1992
Job Title: 6 month sandwich placement with Brighton Council, concerned with evaluating conference facilities in East Sussex.
Skills Used: Analysing data. Liaising with conference organisers. Preparing reports.

Year: 1987 - 1988
Job Title: Playgroup Assistant. Three months

By identifying skills used, you can give a potential employer a clearer picture of the abilities you have developed, both within and outside the education system; abilities which could be relevant to the type of work you are seeking.
ACHIEVEMENTS AND INTERESTS
This section gives you the opportunity to tell the reader about you as a person. Are you an initiator, a group person, or someone who prefers to spend time alone, a person with wide or specialised interests?
This section should also include statements about any positions of responsibility which you have held, e.g. responsibilities at college such as Course Representative, membership of clubs and societies, any competitions, awards, exhibitions and, although it may now seen light years away, list captaincies, prizes at school, etc.
Do not give a bland list, and do not be tempted to invent an exotic hobby - the interviewer might be an expert on it!
REFEREES
The first should be the course leader/tutor from your college. The second referee should preferably be someone for whom you have worked, or alternatively, someone professional who knows you well. You could send a copy of your CV to the second referee to keep them informed.
Give names, professional title (if appropriate), addresses and telephone numbers. You must check with the person concerned that they are happy to act as a referee before putting their names forward.

jest tyle tego w internecie że trochę wstyd pytać

p.s.
często spotykam się z bazosobowym CV w czasie past simple
