Dear Sir / Madam

I am writing in connection with the mobile phone (model number 123ML), which I bought from you on 24th Juni.
The problem is the loudspeaker does not work propertly. The sound is very strange.
As if that was not bad enough your advertisement said that I can take photos. I tried to use a cammera many times but without succes. I can assure you that I followed the instructions which were enclosed.
I am dissapointed of the quality of the product. I will never buy anything from you.
Considering all the above I think that I am entitled to a full refund. I waisted 100 pounds. I enclose the reciept.

I am diSAPPOINted WITH the quality of the product.
I waisted (nie 'waisted' - a 'wasted' - zobacz w slowniku co znaczy 'waist') 100 pounds.

To znaczy, że nie mam pisać tych wszystkich listów?
