The flat located in centre of Warsaw, on nice settlement, in twelve floors building by street Długa 12. The settlement built in 2004 so it is new house and it has very high standart. In building is garage, swimming pool, body building gym, sauna and small restaurant. On territory of settlement, on the yard (chodzi mi o podworko na osiedlu) is playground, court for basketball, football and for tennis. All area is fenced and protected. In dining room is very beautiful old french table for six men. In kichen is new fridge, dishwasher, electric cooker and eaves. In the flat are two bedrooms with a very comfortable beds, and very nice and big wardrobes. Bathroom is big so in there's shower and jacuzii. Two rooms are smaller. One of them is the office with canadian desk. In this room are many cupboards. Last room isn't appointed. This room can be for a child. The flat is nice, clean, big and in attractive place so it be good for big family. I sell flat with all equipment. If you want visit the flat, you have to phone first.
