Gosciu moze nie slyszy, ze pojazd sie psuje (w tej chwili, wlasnie teraz; dlatego uzyjesz czasu Present Continuous)
The man may not have heard that the vehicle HAS BROKEN DOWN.
Gosciu moze nie uslyszal, ze pojazd sie zepsul (uzycie czasu Present Perfect Simple sugeruje nam jakis zwiazek ze stanem pojazdu z przeszlosci ze stanem obecnym w terazniejszosci, jeszcze jakis czas temu jechal, a teraz ani rusz; to jest skutek jakiegos problemu, ktory pojawil sie w przeszlosci i ma wplyw na obecna sytuacje, w terazniejszosci)

ja użyłem continuous'a i bylo zle poprawiono mi na preset Perfect
