I must express my dissatisfaction with CD- player I bought after seeing your advertisment in the Market News on 8 January 2007.

First of all, I ordered the CD- player two weeks ago, and received it yesterday, although it clearly says in your advertisment that it should arrive within ten days.Furthermore, a package which contained the CD-player was totally damaged. After opening the parcel I realised that the commodity have been already used. I decided to check how it works and I was dissapointed because of a lack of the remote control. In addition to I could not turn the Cd –player on and turn it off.

In your advertisment, it say I can claim a refund if I am not satisfied. I would be grateful if you would return my money or replace the product sent by mistake

Furthermore, THE (bo mowisz o konkretnej) package ..
After opening the parcel I realised that the 'commodity' (nie znajdz inne slowo) haS (3os l.poj) ALREADY BEEN used.
In addition to (do czego, to-trzeba cos dodac) I could not turn the Cd -player on and turn it off (mozna turn it on and off).
In your advertisment, it sayS (3os lpoj od say) THAT I can claim a refund if I am not FULLY satisfied.
