Tekst napisany niepoprawnie gramatycznie, sporo błędów ortograficznych, ciężko sie domyśleć co znaczą niektóre zdania.
This estate is unusual because 'a' (po co to 'a'?) people living together. 'Everything is common' (nie rozumiem co to ma znaczyc?). 'People to cook for everyone' (to zdanie niema sensu). 'Children's' (dlaczego uzywasz apost w slowie children - children to l. mnoga od child - niepotr apost) live and study together in a different building.
I think that the estate is a good idea for 'alone people' (czy to ma znaczyc people living alone?) and young 'children's'(zle- popraw). 'Alone people' (zmien to) can to meet 'another' (nie, slowo jest other) people 'which' (jak mowimy o ludziach to who) have 'similarly' (zmien, zle slowo) hobby and interests.
However 'children's' (popraw to) study (tu cos brakuje)live in groupS. They 'are' (wg mnie to 'are' jest niepot) play together and 'know the world' (co to?). 'Kids' (dlaczegto kids - to jest kolok) like having meals together with their friends. I would live in THIS estate because I can meet 'a' (po co to 'a') new friends with interesting
'hobby' (tutaj jest potrzebna l. mnoga). People 'are term' (tego nie rozumiem) help oneself mutually.
The full infinitive (to be) is not usually used after modal verbs such as can, will, should, etc. In that cases we prefer to use bear infinitive (be). For instance --

- Peter said that he would send me a postcard from Greece.
instead of:
- Peter said that he would to send me a postcard from Greece. *

According to what I have just said, in sentence '[...] people can (to *) meet [...]' it is better to use bear infinitive rather than full infinitive.

Sentences or words with the asterix sign (*) are incorrect.
What a stupid mistake! Bare infinitive, of course.

Solitary people can to meet other people who have curious hobby and interests.
however children learn in groups live ( dzieci uczą się żyć w grupach). They play together and learn world. Children like having
meals together with their friends. I would live in this estate because I can meet new friends with interesting hobbys. Peoples help mutually (ludzie pomagają sobie wzajemnnie).
