Nie tak predko. Anglik nie ma 100% racji.
If you address 2 persons with a question you ask, depending on the circumstances:
1) Do both of you...? OR Do either of you...?
If you address a group of 3 or more, then you ask, depending on the circumstances:
1) Do all of you...? OR Do any of you...?
It's not always easy to determine which is the appropriate way to ask.
Example: if you address a class the members of which were obliged to have taken a prerequisite course, you would properly ask: have you all taken Math 101? It would not make sense to ask; have any of you taken Math 101, since the assumption is that all have must have taken it.
On the other hand, you would ask the same class: have any of you seen Elvis recently? The assumption is that some may have, and some may not have seen Elvis.
