Kilka transformacji

Mam problem z kilkoma transformacjami. Czy ktoś mógłby napisać jak powinny wyglądać?

1. Tom last called me about a month ago.

2. She has a good relationship with her assistant.
She.................with her assistant. [WELL]

3. Martin realised that he could never be an athlete.
Martin realised that he.........................be an athlete. [CUT]

4. The coffee machine has stopped working again.
The coffee machine...................again. [ORDER]
