There is probably a turn for the worse meaning - a replase....person goes back to drinking. Some people use the word \"sobriety\" when talking about a drugs but most often it\'s alcohol related. Sobriety is also known as \"clean\" time.

From what i remember about the lyrics of that song, it could be about a woman who does not normally allow herself to indulge in a romantic affair (she is \'sober\') but just that once she had this \'twist\' (zachwianie trzeźwego stosunku do życia)

Well, the most common application of the word \"sobriety\" relates to alcohol but then again you can go through a sex sobriety period if you were a sex addict before. I suppose you can also bring up a gambling issue as a form of addiction and many others. If you join \"Gamblers Anonymous\" group ( also a rehab place for gambling addicts) and clean up your act, you will have a period of sobriety ... being free from a gambling addiction.

The woman in your song is considered \"sober\" because she doesn\'t want to have sex....? I don\'t know if that\'s the word I would use for someone who restrains himself/herself from sex but if that\'s the way it is in your song then she probably considers it a moment of \"weakness\"/lack of judgement and decides to go all the way.
