The only commedy that i like that is in english is Hotel zacisze(don't remember english title) that is broadcaste on tvp2. Love this. Besides english language commedy is a tragady. The worst that can ever exist. No funny at all. see you. As for Polish commedy i agre with previously stated opinion about dzien swira, like it.

Yes, english comedy is horrible:P But american - on contrary:D Just look at "Ace Ventura: Call of the wild":D Of course, it's a matter of taste:) Some people think, that Jim Carey serves us with "disgusting" humour, but I think he's more than funny:D "Ace Ventura" is my favourite series of comedy:D It is, beacause it can take me away from the real world, it's so absurd, so... unusual:D

Clearly you haven't got a clue about British comedy. Or language, for that matter. Perhaps it's your sense of humour that's a tragedy here. A lot of British comedy is about the implicit, not the explicit, quite dry and requires a particular, let's say, wavelength to be on to get it and enjoy it. That's a part of its appeal. If you haven't got it, your loss but don't go criticizing things you obviously don't understand.
Check "The Office" if and when you can.

Oh dear, oh dear, oh dear. Particularly love the bit when he's stuck on the bog and can't stop shitting in "Dumb and dumber". Oooooh that's just so bloody hilarious, isn't it. A genuine comedy masterpiece.

I'm no expert on British comedy either (I say it in case i 'm exposed to severe castigation if any gaps in my knowledge concerning this partucular art come to light;)

HOwever, I'm a great fan of Keeping Up Appearances, MontyPython (feature films as well as Flying Circus and aforementioned Fawlty Tower). I also enjoy Black Adder.

As for American comedies, mpst of them don't apeeal to me, however there are sure to be found a couple of series and feature movies whoch give me a real laugh, like the BUndies, initial episodes of Third Rock From the Sun or Shrek.

The last time i was laughing like hell, was while watching Madagascar (POlish dubbed version), and I strongly recommend this one;)

As for POlish comedies, I must admit, I got a little tired of old Poilsh comedies, as I've seen them too often, but Dzien Swira was hilarious, or Kiler. I'm probably not too demanding, as you may see, as i enjoy laughing, so I'm not that picky, but JIm Carrey? no thank you.

My favourite: Ace Ventura: Pet Detective n' When Nature Calls also Liar, Liar and Dumb and dumber all with Jim Carrey. Ok - you may say that his acting is childish and you may wonder if I am not out of my mind, but I just like it, cause of its crazyness, so what's the matter - is it abolished to have a real fun. Secondly I'd watch the well-known tv series "Alf". No comment- it's just a masterpiece. I also like movies with Leslie Nielsen and the Lethal Weapon (all parts). And what about english sense of humour? If "TopGear" is a good example then I'm sure I like it:)
