CPE,Use of English,Part four, my question is : whether will I be graded down if, let's say, my answer is grammatically correct and fulfills the requirements of the question( using between three and eight words including the word given)but in places however will slightly or completely be different to those THEY have ?

You will receive full marks. There is no one correct answer to every question and examiners are fully aware of it.
