Mam prośbę. Czy mógłby ktoś sprawdzić gramatykę mojego listu ?;)

Dear Sir/Madame,
I am writing in connection with your advertisement, which I have read in last Saturday newspaper. I am interested on studio flat in London. which is in your notice. I would like to know more details about this flat.

I would be very grateful if you could tell me how far it is to a nearest public transport and shops? It is important to me.

I am still not sure about furnished. I would like to know if there is a household appliances in the kitchen? I would also like to ask if the bedroom has been recently renovated?

I wonder if you could tell me if there are any sport facilities and entertainment facilities in the area?

I am lookin forward to hearing from you.

Yours faithfully,

XYZ

miałAm na myśli coś w stylu "które jest w waszym/twoim ogłoszeniu"

-tak chodzi o meble a raczej umeblowanie czyli powinnam napisać furnishings??

- and entertainment , troche to bez sensu ale chodziło mi o obiekty rozrywkowe :D
bo nie wiem jak mam zapytać o dostęp do rozrywek kulturalnych?

Dziękuję.
