b) poskarż się na złą jakość obrazu i zbyt cichy dźwięk
c) poinformuj, że obsługa cały czas otwierała drzwi i głośno rozmawiała w holu
d) poinformuj, że czujesz się zawiedziony i poproś o zwrot pieniędzy
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to complain about the adventure film which I watched at 7 May in your cinema.
First, your advertisement was misleading because a quality of the pictures which I saw was too bad. Moreover I did not hear everything because sound was too quiet.
To make matters worse the staff of your cinema were still opening and closing a door. They were also speaking in a hall. I heard the voices of their and it did not help me concentrate on the film. It made me upset because I always wanted to watch “Volcanism”.
I think you can imagine how disappointed I am and it is why I demand a full refund.
