Poszedłem do kina i nie jestem zadowolony z seansu . Napisz do kierownika zażalenie w formie listu:
a) podaj kiedy i na jakim seansie byłeś
b) poskarż się na złą jakość obrazu i zbyt cichy dźwięk
c) poinformuj, że obsługa cały czas otwierała drzwi i głośno rozmawiała w holu
d) poinformuj, że czujesz się zawiedziony i poproś o zwrot pieniędzy

I am writing to complain about the adventure film which I watched at 7 May in your cinema.
First, your advertisement was misleading because a quality of the pictures which I saw was too bad. Moreover I did not hear everything because sound was too quiet.
To make matters worse the staff of your cinema were still opening and closing a door. They were also speaking in a hall. I heard the voices of their and it did not help me concentrate on the film. It made me upset because I always wanted to watch “Volcanism”.
I think you can imagine how disappointed I am and it is why I demand a full refund.

First, your advertisement was misleading because 'a' (THE - bo tutaj piszesz dokladnie o tym zjawisku) quality of the pictures which I saw was 'too bad' (to jest kolokw- napisz to poprawnie). Moreover I did not hear everything because (tu brak przedimka) sound was too quiet.
They were also 'speaking' TALKING in 'a' (popraw i nie rob takich bledow) hall. I heard THEIR 'the' (niepotr) voices 'of their' (niepotr) and it did not help me concentrate on the film. It made me upset because I HAD always wanted to watch “Volcanism”.
I think you can imagine how disappointed I am and 'it' THIS is why I demand a full refund.
