Ok dziękuję bardzo, tak więc jak przetłumaczyć poprawnie "dokument potwierdzajacy fakt obciążenia firmy"? a zlecenie przetłumaczyłam tak słownikowo jako 'commission' czy transport costs będzie zrozumiałe? mogłabym napisać np 'transport order'?

i jeszcze jedno 'realization the conveyance' nie może być tłumaczone jako 'realizacja przewozu'?
