Dear Sir/Madam
I am writing to complain about my stay in one of your hotel rooms between 7th and 10th of September this year.
I want to express my strong dissatisfaction with treatment and organize at the hotel.
Firstly, I was informed that my room has access to TV, but there was not any television. Secondly, in bathroom was mess. Toilet and floor were dirty, in closet was unclean towels. I was waiting 2 hours for Room Service. This is unacceptable! Furthermore, the room was not air-conditioned and this fact spoilt my whole free time.
Taking into consideration all the trouble I experienced, I hope I can expect a refund. I would therefore be grateful if you could consider a full refund of 800 zl.
