Proszę o sprawdzenie rozprawki. A jakby ktoś był super, ekstra miły i dodatkowo pomógł mi wykreślić parę zdań, bo jak zwykle przekroczyłam limit słów i to o 44, to byłabym dozgonnie wdzięczna! ;)
ps: czy tylko ja uważam, że powinni zwiększyć limit słów o 100, albo i 150, bo od 2[tel]to nic nie można stworzyć sensownego. jeszcze raz dzięki za sprawdzenie.
Cienie i blaski życia w wielkim mieście.
For many of us big city is associated with a better life. Hundreds of shops, bars, thousands of people and twice more opportunities to meet someone interesting. Creation of a stereotype that there is no time for boredom. But as the time is passing by life trends have changed.
Living in the big city is certainly very convenient, everything is handy. You do not have to devote a whole day to do the shopping. If you run out of something, just grab and go out. There are thousands of them from the smallest ones (a district shopping centre) to the biggest with various types of shops (a mall). Nearness to the number of large stores, different types of agencies or hospitals is not the only merit. When you live in the city you do not have to worry if your car starts or if it has enough petrol to get to the town. You can take a walk or use a bus service to not (to) be late for an important meeting. Also most of jobs advertisements offer a post in big cities so it makes you more attractive candidate.
However, recently many people moved out to a countryside. Without a shadow of a doubt, desire to live in a quiet place play a part in this decision. Big city is equivalent to a big noise, crowded streets and a big air pollution level. Many young marriages do not want to raise their children in a city smog while elder people just dream about peaceful ending of their life.
Having an address in the big city is not any more a determinant of a social status. It is something that you want to have or else you will not survive in the city jungle.
