Dear Mayor
I am writing to point out that increased traffic becomes inconvenient for townspeople and to suggest some solutions to the problem.
We are all aware that in the rapidly expanding town trucking are unavoidable means of communication. However, residents and traders have been complaining and it is quite a controversial issue. These people lives there for ages, nonetheless, never before have they such problems. It made me aware that authority must take appropriate steps to remedy this situation.
We have to contend with problem such as noise and environmental pollution. These are the main problems caused by increased traffic. One solution might be to setup acoustical sound enclosure, which could help cope with loud noises. From my point of view, it should be the first thing to improve this situation, because it can directly affect on standard of living in the city.
Other, but not less important difficulty are pollutions. There is no simple solution to the problem, it is not something tangible. It goes without saying that you should handle something, because it adversely affects the health of the community. I strongly suggest that you should consider limiting the transport of cars and trucks. Restrictions like this can be a big step to deal with this problem.
It would be in everyone’s interests to improve the standards of living in the town. I feel very strongly about this issue and hope that we shall see some improvements soon.
