'Hereby I' (zla kolejnosc slow..I hereby) request' about' (niepotr) AN ' prolonging' (napisz 'extension') of my current agreement with limited working time i.e. 20 hours (0,5 of 'regular' (chociaz ja bym napisala 'standard') time ) until 30TH OF June 2016.
