The subject of this thesis is to analyse and evaluate an agricultural family farm. The paper presents technologies of farming and cultivation systems. The first chapter focuses on characteristics of conducted farm, such as location of fields, climatic and soil conditions on tested area, variety of agricultural machineries. It then looks at livestock production, which is the main activity of examined farm. An analysis of cropland, sowing system and soil organic matter was undertaken. The main cultivated plant is corn, which is being used for producing silage. An agricultural farm, which specializes in livestock production, must source a lot of fodder. This is why winter cover crops and stubble catch crops are being cultivated. The fields for corn cultivation are fertilized using natural manure to provide macro and micro-nutrient to the soil. It was concluded that good equipment of agricultural machineries and tools allows to carry efficient agrotechnology (cultivation and silage production) although existing machinery should be partially modernised.
