• Where were you for Christmas ?
• I were for Christmas last year with my family in Poland.
• How your family prepared for this holiday?
• So, four days before my father bought a Christmas Tree and kids from my family decorated her by lamps, candles, bows, chains and other trinkets. Streets were lit by coloured lamps. My mother baked cookies and cakes, and cooked Christmas dishes.
• And what traditional dishes were on the table ?
• Traditionally there were twelve of them. The most popular dishes which were on the table is red borsch, pies or sour cabbage with mushrooms, carp and poppy- seed cake and other.
• How spent you Christmas Days ?
• The first day of Christmas, 25 December, we spent at home. Work is forbidden every year on that day. We shared the holy wafer, sang Christmas carols, waited for a carol- singers dressed as an angels, devils, King Herod or Death who visited people’s houses. At midnight we were in Church to attended a special mass during which Christmas carols were sang.

• I can’t agree with that, because I will lost my money. I paid a full amount and I want full back. And maybe I can go on a trip in another date? Maybe in a one month?

• Good Morning, (tutaj bym dodala...Can you help me please) I paid for my trip in this travel agency, but I must 'resign' (cos to slowo nie tak mi wyglada, moze 'decline'), because I am very ill and I want TO apply for a refund of THE COST OF THE TRIP.
• Good Morning, I am sorry but I can't refund you THE money.
• I don't understand why. I 'wasn't' (nie,lepiej 'I didn't go') on THE trip and I want my money back.
• I understand your 'nervousness' (nie, tak nikt nie mowi - lepiej ..your point of view, albo I understand you, but..), but I can 'propose' (suggest) THAT WE REFUND YOU at the most fifty per cent of THE TOTAL costs.
• I can't agree with that, because I will 'lost' (nie, sprawdz) my money. I paid a full amount and I want THE FULL AMOUNT back. And maybe I can go on a trip ON another date? Maybe in 'a' (bez 'a')one months time?
• I WILL ask my boss and I WILL call you BACK. Ok?
