Dear Mrs Cowan,
Thank you for your letter. Im writing on behalf of High Shool in Pacanów exchange committee. We are very pleased that you have agreed to take a part in the exchange programme with our school in spring. I hope to answer some of your questions in this letter.
You asked about towns and country regions are the students going visit. We have got in plan visit in Warsaw. It’s a big and very beautiful city. We also hope to visit Cracow or Radom.
You also asked studenta do need visas to enter our country. Of course don’t but is it a good idea to bring an International Student Identity Card (ISIC). Students will need a ISIC.
Pleas find enclosed the planned timetable for the two weeks. We are really looking forward to seeing you all on December 18th. If you need any further information pleas feel free to contact me.
