After breakfast I went to shopping centre for buy new jeans. In clothes shop I was a witness to theft. I saw a guy who took old woman's wallet from her handbag. I called a security man and he rang the police. Policemen arrested a criminal. It turned out that this guy was wanted for long time.

I called a security man and he rang FOR the police. THE policemen arrested 'a' (ale tutaj mowisz o specificznym, tym wlasnie- to THE) criminal. It turned out that this guy was wanted for A long time.

Tutaj akurat "to" JEST potrzebne, bo nie chodzi o "go shoping" ale o "go to THE SHOPPING CENTRE". To buy new jeans
