>2.Rysunek przedstawia biuro z pustym krzeslem, przychodzi petent i
>pyta sie stojacej tam pani. Where did Wendy go? oraz drugie pytanie
>Where has Wendy been?
>Prawidlowe jest where did wendy go. Czemu?
Try these first:
Wendy has gone to Australia. (=Wendy has completed her passage to Australia.)
Where is Wendy now?
Now she is in Australia.
"Has Wendy gone to Australia?" can be asked if and only if the questioner suspects or wants to make sure she is in Australia now.
Q: Have you gone to Australia? (I am asking this question because I suspect you are in Australia now.)
A: Yes, I have.
Q: Have you gone mad? (I suspect you have gone mad. You are nuts. Why would a sane pretty girl like you go to Australia?)
Q: Where have you been (for the past few hours)?
A: I have been shopping (for the past few hours). (=I have completed my being in the shopping mall for…. Now I am not in the mall shopping. Now I am with you answering the question.)
Now back to your question #2:
Where has Wendy been? (=Being where has Wendy completed? Where isn't Wendy now?)
>3.Poczekalnia na lotnisku, kolezanka czeka na znajoma ktora ma
>przyleciec- w koncu sie doczekala - przychodzi ta znajoma i pyta. How
>long have you been here? oraz How long are you here for? Prawidlowe
>jest drugie pytanie-czemu, skoro czekala caly czas az do chwili
>obecnej.
How long have you been here? (=How long a period of time of being here have you completed [by not being here anymore]?) That's quite a mouthful, isn't it?
